Salary: £34,698 per annum

We're seeking a motivated individual who is prepared to work on various aspects across housing management functions, including support alongside enforcement to address anti-social behaviour, complete scheme inspections and gas access visits, deal with matters relating to occupation contracts.
What you'll be doing- Providing a housing management service to a neighbourhood patch
- Addressing reports of anti-social behaviour
- Working collaboratively to develop services that support the needs of residents
- Providing housing advice and support
- Ensuing health and safety compliance
- Completing welcome visits for new residents
- Ensuring a high level of service for residents
You'll have experience of general housing management, and of providing engagement activities for service users.
You'll need:- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work to deadlines
- To be able to work on your own initiative
- A full UK driving licence
- Willingness to complete a Basic DBS check
- Make a positive impact in local communities across North Wales
