This is a hands-on, detail-driven position for someone who takes pride in getting payroll right every single time. If precision, structure and accountability are your strengths, this role will feel like home.About the RoleThe Sole Charge Payroller will run weekly and monthly payroll cycles from start to finish, ensuring compliance, clarity and consistency across the board.

They’ll handle PAYE, NIC, pensions and statutory payments, complete RTI submissions, manage year-end reporting and maintain GDPR-compliant records. Acting as the central point of contact for payroll queries, they’ll work closely with Finance, HR and operational teams to keep everything running smoothly.

• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation.

• CIPP training is beneficial, but QBE candidates with broad industry experience are equally encouraged.
