Our client, a well-established and reputable family-run dealership in Llanelli, is seeking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual looking to advance their career within a leading automotive franchise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, vehicle parts knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales.

• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm; every other Saturday morning (8:30am - 1:00pm)

Duties:

• Receive and process all parts orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt dispatch
• Identify customer requirements and provide expert advice to generate sales growth
• Manage stock levels and identify opportunities for parts sales expansion
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
• Liaise with the workshop and service departments to ensure parts availability
• Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system (Pinnacle) and electronic parts catalogue
• Provide exceptional customer service to both trade and retail clients
• Support the overall aftersales department goals and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Proven vehicle parts experience, ideally within a dealership environment or motor factor background
• IT proficient, with experience using dealer management systems (e.g., Pinnacle) and electronic parts catalogues
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
• Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Reside within a reasonable commute to Llanelli
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and accuracy
