We are missing the Closer.
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Manager
to join us on a Founding Team Track. You will take ownership of the bottom of the funnel, manage high-level negotiations with CSOs and CFOs, and convert our pipeline into revenue.
The timing is critical. New European regulations (CSRD, Spain's RD 214/2025) are forcing over 50,000 companies to report and compensate for their emissions starting this year. Demand is spiking, but supply of high-quality assets is scarce.
We are sitting on the supply.
You will be effectively managing the commercialization of a portfolio with a potential market value exceeding$100M USD
. Here is the reality of the fees you will be generating commissions on:
- The Spot Inventory (Cash Today):We have~1.2 Million credits
(tCO2e) issued and ready to sell immediately. This represents a potential
Net Revenue (Fees) for Nature Brain of $1M - $6M USD
in the short term. - The Forward Stream (Recurring Revenue):Our mandates include long-term streams (10+ years) from massive conservation and reforestation projects, representing a recurring fee potential of$3M - $5M+ USD annually
. - The Upside:We are actively structuring these assets for regulated markets (CORSIA / Article
6), where prices—and our fees—double.
Your income is directly tied to this volume. There is no cap.

You will not be scraping Linked In for emails. We have a strategic partner (NEXO) using AI and OCR technology to analyze corporate sustainability reports, identify carbon deficits, and book qualified meetings for you.
Your responsibilities:
- The Profile:You are a senior salesperson (4-8 years exp.) who is tired of corporate bureaucracy and wants to build something real.
- The Skillset:Experience in
High-Ticket B2B Sales
is non-negotiable. Ideal backgrounds:
Carbon Markets, ESG Consulting, Renewable Energy, or Enterprise SaaS. - The Mindset:You are comfortable with a 3-6 month sales cycle. You understand that a No from a CFO is just the start of the negotiation.

You must be
Native/Fluent in Spanish
(to coordinate with the team) and
Professional in English
(to sell to international buyers).
