Wates Residential is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of a major high-rise residential scheme in Cardiff. You will oversee procurement, cost control, valuations, change management and final accounts to deliver affordable homes within a regeneration project.
As a senior professional you will manage subcontract procurement, payments and commercial performance while ensuring cashflow and risk are controlled.
