Teacher Active is recruiting Residential Support Workers to work in units across Drefach, Llanelli and Carmarthen. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience supporting young people – particularly those with behavioural challenges and Additional Learning Needs – to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.
