Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a difference in their education? Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of Secondary Schools, ALN (Additional Learning Needs) Schools in the Llanelli area.

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils who may need extra help
• Supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or challenging behaviour
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Supervising pupils during non‑teaching times and assisting with classroom organisation

• Experience supporting children or young people (in a school, youth, or care setting)
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude with a good understanding of safeguarding
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work across a variety of school settings
• Driving licence and access to transport is a strong advantage (due to the range of school locations)
