We are seeking a patient, nurturing and inclusive ALN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Llanelli. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping pupils with Additional Learning Needs thrive both academically and emotionally.

The successful candidate will:

• Support pupils with a range of ALN and behavioural needs

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support

• Help create an inclusive, caring and positive learning environment

• Work closely with teachers and wider staff to promote pupil progress

• Encourage emotional regulation, independence and confidence

You don’t need prior school experience — we welcome candidates with transferable skills from roles such as:

• Carers / Support Workers

• Youth Workers

• Nurses / Healthcare Assistants

• Childminders / Early Years Practitioners

• Social Workers

• Behaviour support roles

• Any role supporting vulnerable individuals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
