Are you confident supporting young people who present with challenging behaviour and emotional regulation difficulties?
A specialist SEMH-focused school in Earley is looking for a proactive Behaviour Support Worker to help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and engagement with learning. You’ll be a consistent and trusted presence for students who need structure, boundaries, and encouragement.

Behaviour Support Worker - Location:
Earley, Berkshire - Pay: £89–£100 per day
- Start Date:
ASAP - Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm - Age Range: 11–18 years
- Work 1:1 with pupils displaying challenging or disruptive behaviour
- Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
- Support emotional regulation and conflict management
- Promote positive engagement in lessons and school life
- Work closely with Teachers, SENCOs, and mental health professionals
This Behaviour Support Worker role provides excellent experience for those interested in youth work, psychology, counselling, teaching, or criminal justice and offers a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice.
