Are you a passionate, dynamic, and motivated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an SEN/ALN Teaching Assistant to join our pool of talented candidates and work alongside our dedicated Special Education Schools.

Please note, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain a new one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working 1 to 1 with children or adults with special educational needs (preferably in a school setting but not required).
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the class teacher and SENDCO.
• Understanding of child safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the individual needs of students.

• Promote independence and personal development while maintaining high expectations for behaviour.
• Support the delivery of a high-quality, differentiated curriculum that enables pupils to reach their full potential.
• Adapt to the changing needs of the school, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
• Encourage cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, and physical development, as well as pupils’ overall well‑being.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team to provide the best outcomes for pupils.
• Maintain accurate records related to health, behaviour, and incidents under the guidance of a senior TA or teacher.
