The Caretaker reports directly to the Site Services Manager and is an integral member of the school’s Estates team. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the daily operations related to caretaking, maintenance, and the overall upkeep of the school's facilities, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and versatile professional with a positive, can-do approach.
They must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and committed to ensuring a safe, secure, and positive environment while upholding the school's high standards at all times
Facilities and Estates at UCS support the development and maintenance of confident, versatile learning environments across our campuses. The department oversees the management of all school buildings and grounds, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of safety, presentation and functionality. This includes the strategic oversight of hard and soft services, compliance, health and safety, and support for all school events and daily operations.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for the post will be £15.45 per hour
