We’re seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join homes and units across Drefach, Llanelli and Carmarthen. This rewarding role is ideal for those with experience supporting young people with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or behavioural needs, and who are looking for flexible shifts or longer-term placements, and must have a full clean UK Drivers License.
