Salary: £172.98 per day or to scale, dependent on the school and role.

We are seeking a committed Secondary English Teacher who combines strong behaviour management skills with creativity and a nurturing approach. You will work alongside a forward-thinking team to deliver an innovative curriculum, maintain high expectations, and foster a lifelong love of learning in all pupils.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework.
• Plan and assess effectively to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with additional learning requirements.
• Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
• Uphold high standards and expectations for all pupils, promoting engagement and achievement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications are also considered.
• Proven expertise in classroom and behaviour management.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales and its requirements.
• Strong understanding of planning and assessment processes.
• The ability to teach confidently across a range of subjects and disciplines is desirable.
