Responsibilities

Support children within a primary school setting on a one-to-one basis
Apply trauma-informed practice to support pupils with additional emotional needs
Provide one-to-one support to pupils
Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Remain patient, calm and resilient in challenging situations
Maintain a flexible and proactive attitude

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
A good understanding of trauma-informed practice and supporting pupils with additional emotional needs
Experience providing one-to-one support
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A patient, calm and resilient approach
A flexible and proactive attitude
