Responsibilities- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and additional learning needs.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, ALN professionals, and support staff.

- Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build positive relationships and work as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
