• Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, communication difficulties, and additional learning needs.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, ALN professionals, and support staff.

• Graduates in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Criminology, Sociology, Health & Social Care, Sports Science and related subjects are encouraged to apply.

• Positive, patient, and proactive individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
