Free training: fully funded. Access to ongoing professional development through My Progression CPD, an easy‑to‑use online app to update availability, ongoing support from dedicated consultants, weekly PAYE.

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and activities
• Encouraging pupil participation and promoting positive behaviour

• Minimum six months experience working with children: voluntary, school‑based, or transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.)
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Being caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference in the classroom
