What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you could be:

Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups.
Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons.
Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to be a qualified Teaching Assistant to apply.

We're looking for people who are caring, reliable and enthusiastic, with experience supporting children or young people in any setting. Experience in childcare, coaching, youth work, care, community work or customer-facing roles is highly valued, as many of these skills transfer naturally into the classroom.
