Action for Children in North Wales is seeking a Young Person Practitioner to support the StepED programme across Flintshire, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd. This temporary, full‑time role (37 hours per week) focuses on delivering interventions to disengaged young people in schools and education settings.
You’ll work with schools, Local Authorities and partner agencies to build confidence, resilience and motivation, helping young people re‑engage with learning and stay engaged in education.
