Grade 5 - £26,824 for 37 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £23,562.32pro rata
To work under the guidance of teaching/senior staff to deliver high-quality support, intervention and alternative provision programmes that enable pupils to engage in learning and achieve positive educational outcomes.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver personalised learning, intervention and enrichment programmes that raise attainment while developing pupils' confidence, resilience and independence. The postholder will support pupils requiring additional guidance or alternative provision, helping them to re-engage with learning and successfully reintegrate into mainstream education where appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
