ODEON Cinemas Group is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead a team of Cinema Hosts and deliver exceptional guest experiences across retail, ticketing, ushering and Costa Coffee operations. You’ll drive service quality, safety, cleanliness and efficiency during busy showtimes and new releases.
You’ll coach staff, run shift briefings, and make on-the-job decisions while developing people through structured training pathways. Evening/weekend availability is required.
