Powys County Council's Housing Service is recruiting for a part-time role focused on maintaining accurate records for heating maintenance and compliance contracts to meet statutory obligations. You will manage servicing and inspection records, monitor compliance requirements, support contractor performance, and ensure up-to-date information supports safe, compliant housing for tenants.

Grade 5 Point 7 to Point 9; 22.2 hours per week; pro rata.
