Shifts:
8:30am - 9:00pm and occasional nights, 9:00pm - 8:30am
Salary: £15.60 - £16.20 per hour
Level 5 Qualified Salary: £16.10 - £16.70 per hour

Successful candidate needs to be fully flexible and available to work their share of weekends.

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the daily operations of our supported living services. You’ll lead and inspire a team of support staff, ensuring that we deliver outstanding care and support in line with regulatory standards (CQC/CIW). Key Responsibilities- Lead by example:
Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of support workers. You’ll be hands-on, supporting them while creating a positive, inclusive work culture where everyone thrives. - Service Coordination:
Oversee the daily operations of our services, ensuring person-centred care is delivered and that we comply with CQC/CIW regulations. - Rota Management:
Manage scheduling to ensure the right people are in the right places, keeping staffing levels flexible and efficient. - Quality Control:
Conduct audits and assessments to maintain high standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement. - Supportive Leadership:
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to your team, including crisis management and safeguarding; ensure all support plans are delivered effectively.
- Minimum qualifications:
QCF Level 3 or NVQ Level 4 (Ideal candidates will hold QCF Level
5) - Proven experience in managing and leading a team
- Deliver high standards of person-centred care and support, working closely with residents
- Support the Home Manager in achieving financial targets for the home
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal company standards
- Take responsibility for the overall management of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
- UK Driving Licence required
