Domiciliary Care Worker (Part-Time & Full-Time)
Location:
Caerphilly Wales and surrounding Gwent regional partnership board area and some areas of Rhondda Cynon Taf potentially.
Salary:
Starting at £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
Part-time and Full-time available.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to support adults in their own homes across our designated area around Caerphilly. This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
Ideally an NVQ 2/QCF in Health & Social Care or higher or equivalence qualification is preferred, but not essential. If you have no previous experience then a full training package can be developed to create a career pathway for you. A genuine desire to care for others is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with meal preparation and medication

- Right to work in the UK
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as our services are carried out in client’s own homes.

We are looking for full time and part-time staff. We offer flexible working shifts between 7am and 10pm - dependable on client call times (day shift is typically between 7am and 2.30pm and afternoon/evening shift is typically between 2.30pm and 10pm).
We try to rotate staff on a 2 week cycle swapping between mornings and afternoon/evenings so everyone has a fair allocation. Staff must be flexible in relation to working weekends, which is done on a rotational basis, but we ask initially that staff are able to work every other weekend. We may amend this due to rotations to one in every 2/3 or 4 depending on staff and client demands.
