This role is to lead and support clinical practice within a family‑run nursing home, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents.

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the home
• Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
• Support, mentor and supervise care staff on shift
• Ensure person‑centred care and uphold clinical standards
• Maintain compliance with CIW regulations
• Act as a point of clinical reference for the wider care team

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
• Previous clinical lead or senior nurse experience essential
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting
• Professional, compassionate and reliable approach
