Codi is a not-for-profit with a big heart and an even bigger mission. As Wales’ largest provider of housing, care, and support, we’re here to help people live well, feel supported, and rise to their full potential. Every day, our teams support nearly 17,000 individuals across Wales with services that make a real and uplifting difference to their everyday lives. Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh.
It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.
As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping the people we support live full, meaningful, and independent lives. You’ll work closely with individuals, supporting them with their day-to-day needs including personal care, always guided by their choices, preferences, and goals.

Whether it’s trying something new, getting out into the community, or simply enjoying time together, you’ll be part of the moments that really matter.
You’ll receive a full induction across our Supported Living services, giving you the variety and flexibility to work across different settings while developing your skills and experience.
