A lead Nurse is sought by All screens Nationwide Ltd to drive a programme of clinical improvement within a care home. You will lead clinical initiatives such as DOLs, Mental Capacity awareness, Tissue Viability, Infection Control, Medication Ordering & Compliance, and Nutrition & Hydration.
You will operate within the company’s policies and the NMC Code of Practice, in addition to RISCA 2016 Regulations, ensuring high standards of care and governance across the service.
