All screens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Healthcare Assistant in Wales to care for patients with palliative needs, following St. David’s Nurses instructions. You will work nights (10pm7am) and may cover weekends/bank holidays, providing comfort and dignity at home.
Registration with Social Care Wales and an enhanced DBS check are required. You will follow CIW and Hospice policies, maintain confidentiality, and support families in the community.
