Adapt 365 have partnered with a Global Consultancy who are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join the team!

You will be essential in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. Your main responsibilities will include comprehending requirements, creating scalable solutions for a global user base, and offering technical leadership throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions that adhere to industry best practices and align with business objectives.
• Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to determine project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Produce both high-level and detailed technical design documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and system integrations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and platforms.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Architect or Solution Architect.
• Experience designing and developing solutions using Azure.
• Strong experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
• Extensive experience in CRM architecture design, including solution design, data modelling, and system integration.
• Experience with messaging patterns and enterprise integration via Azure Service Bus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
