The Senior Product Manager, Channel Delivery - Mobile Messaging, will oversee the channel delivery for Bloomreach Engagement, including product management and vendor partnerships. This role ensures the successful delivery of mobile messages through third-party integrations.

• Manage relationships with mobile messaging vendors, including regular communication, onboarding, and onboarding new vendors.
• Prioritize and develop the roadmap for channel delivery features, focusing on high deliverability, reliability, and cost efficiency across various messaging channels.
• Champion mobile messaging internally, supporting sales and marketing with product expertise and handling large deals.
• Ensure compliance with messaging rules and incorporate them into product features.

• 4–7+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in Mar Tech or infrastructure-heavy sectors.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, especially in telecom or messaging.
• Knowledge of mobile messaging channels and related technical and compliance challenges.
• Strong API and observability skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
