A leading national claimant practice is seeking an Employment Rights Lawyer to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about supporting working people and delivering high quality, empathetic legal representation.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of claimant employment matters, supporting clients through challenging and often sensitive situations. Work will include:

• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• Whistleblowing
• Redundancy and workplace disputes
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Advising on merits, risks and strategy
• Providing clear, practical guidance throughout the client journey

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, empathy and strong client care.

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

• At least 2 years' experience handling claimant employment matters
• Strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to assess claims, provide clear advice and achieve positive outcomes
• A genuine commitment to supporting individuals facing workplace injustice
