This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Coalville for a Label Fishing Rewinder. The Label Fishing Rewinder will be responsible for setting up and operating finishing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality labels. Daily tasks include inspecting and rewinding finished labels, monitoring machines, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring products adhere to specifications. The role may also involve assisting in equipment maintenance and performing routine quality checks.

• Experience in machine operation and label finishing processes, including familiarity with rewinding and label inspection equipment.
• Understanding of quality control procedures, attention to detail, and ability to identify and rectify production defects.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work as part of a production team.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied tasks and willingness to assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in the printing industry or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not required; training can be provided.
