We are looking for an experienced Reliability Manager to lead our site's reliability and maintenance strategy, ensuring high equipment uptime while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. This is a key leadership role with real influence over performance, cost, and continuous improvement.

• Lead the site reliability and maintenance strategy, ensuring high equipment uptime and compliance with safety standards.

• Proven experience in maintenance or reliability management
• Manufacturing background
• HNC Qualification or higher
• Strong electrical or mechanical skills
