Our client is seeking 2 junior-mid level real estate finance associates to join their thriving team, ranked highly in legal directories. The successful candidate will have a strong finance background with a primary focus on the funding aspects of real estate investment and development transactions, have an excellent working knowledge of all relevant LMA and ISDA documentation as well as of complex intercreditor arrangements.

Working under 'named' partners, they are looking for someone with commercial acumen, who has displayed an ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other participants in the real estate finance sector.

• Focus on the funding aspects of real estate investment and development transactions.
• Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of LMA and ISDA documentation and complex intercreditor arrangements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other participants in the real estate finance sector.
