Aramark UK is hiring a General Service Assistant to join our dedicated team at HMP Parc, Heol Hopcyn John, Bridgend CF35 6AP
.

In this front-of-house role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—serving food and drinks, operating tills, maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas, and supporting both front and back-of-house teams. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service and report directly to the on-site General Manager.

• Full-time hours: 35 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday. Shifts between 7am–4pm—your evenings are yours!

• Serving food and beverages while ensuring top-tier customer service and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Operating tills, handling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Keeping dining and service areas clean and well-stocked, supporting both front and back-of-house operations.
• Upselling products and ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Previous experience in customer-facing or food service roles is a plus—but full training will be provided
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with residency for the past 5 years
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
