Bridgend County Borough Council invites applications for a Cook to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities at school kitchens during term time, 22.5 hours per week, typically 9.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for menu planning, portion control, preparation and cooking, administration duties and supervising staff, with prior experience in large-scale food preparation and knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety being advantageous;
