Overview

Retail Assistant - Part Time. We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire. This is a permanent part-time position with a minimum of 16 hours across 3 days per week, including weekends.

• Hours:
  
  16 hours across 3 days per week.
• Pay: £10.10 - £12.31 per hour, depending on age (Ages 16-20 = £10.10; Ages 21+ = £12.31).

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for and provide fast, friendly service at the tills.
• Assist with packing, leave a good impression with a thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, including deliveries, placing products into freezers and on shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines to keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hard-working approach.
• A readiness to stay busy and perform a variety of tasks from deliveries to till service, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliability as part of a small team; colleagues and customers depend on you to do your best each shift.
• Flexibility with shifts; rota's are planned three weeks in advance, with consideration for commitments outside work.
