Retail Supervisor – Part Time

Location:

Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.

Hours:

24 hours per week, permanent part‑time position, generally including some weekend work.

Pay: £13.61 per hour, guaranteed minimum of £326 per week. Overtime may be available.

• Support the manager in leading the shop as part of the management team.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean, tidy shop.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop a team of retail assistants.
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

• People‑person who can build strong working relationships.
• Trustworthy and reliable; important part of a small team.
• Some experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or a similar industry preferred.
• Completion of Basic DBS (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check if hired.
