Retail Assistant – Full Time

Location:

Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.

Hours:

39 hours across 5 days per week.

Pay: £10.95 - £12.81 per hour.

• Pay depends on age: 16-20 = £10.95 per hour, 21+ = £12.81 per hour.

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Give fast and friendly service at the tills, always offering help to pack and leaving a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care while working deliveries, quickly placing products into freezers and onto shelves ready for customers to buy.
• Work with the rest of the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• A friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy: from putting out deliveries to serving on the till, helping customers on the shop floor, completing important cleaning and stock rotation routines.
• Reliable: be an important part of a small team, dependable on each shift and not let the team down.
• Flexibility with shift timings, willing to cover for colleagues and adapt to rota changes.
