Role Overview

The Hospitality/Retail Supervisor – Llanelli role is a permanent position with Berkeley Scott, based at a busy visitor attraction in Llanelli. This supervisory position involves leading a team across admissions, retail, and catering operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily trading, drive sales to meet KPIs, and ensure excellent customer service.

Trading Supervisor (Temp) – Llanelli:
Berkeley Scott is recruiting a temporary trading supervisor to join a busy visitor attraction in Llanelli. The role offers holiday pay as part of the compensation package and offers varied working patterns to suit the attraction.

• Supervise day‑to‑day trading operation
• Lead, motivate and support the team
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales and achieve KPIs
• Maintain high standards across retail, catering and admissions
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety procedures

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality or commercial environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer‑focused with a proactive approach
• Experience working toward sales targets and managing teams

This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
