Entain Group operates Ladbrokes and Coral betting shops and is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver excellent customer service and uphold shop standards daily. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will take bets, handle cash transactions, demonstrate betting terminals, assist customers and work toward defined targets.
Shifts vary by location with early and late openings; the rota is typically around 16 hours per week, with four weeks’ notice of schedule and a focus on customer
