As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be on the shop floor, leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Minimum Criteria To Apply Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced retail environment A proven track record of achieving significantly high weekly sales targets Experience managing a varied range of retail categories A strong understanding of store operations, performance management, and customer service You should also demonstrate the following key competencies:
