The role

Exceptional customer outcomes start with exceptional sales performance. As Sales Effectiveness Lead, you will work in close partnership with the UK Sales Leadership Team to optimise performance, embed best practice and champion a culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategically important and highly influential position. You will identify performance opportunities, implement impactful sales enablement initiatives and ensure sustainable commercial growth - all within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic UK Sales performance improvement plan, aligning KPIs and KRIs to drive sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities while protecting frontline effectiveness
  • Embed robust governance, risk management and control frameworks to ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Represent UK Sales in cross-functional forums, ensuring sales priorities are reflected in wider business decisions

  • Strong commercial acumen and awareness of market dynamics
  • The ability to apply best-practice sales methodologies while maintaining strict compliance standards
