We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Van Sales Manager in Llanelli. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional to lead a dedicated sales team within a reputable, family-run dealership. The Van Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the commercial vehicle sector and driving sales growth.Benefits:

Basic salary up to £42,000 per annum, with an OTE of £65,000, subject to performance

Duties of a Van Sales Manager:

Lead and develop the Van Sales department to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop relationships with local businesses to increase fleet and commercial vehicle sales
