Llamau Limited in Wales is seeking a dedicated coordinator to lead the delivery of support for vulnerable young people in line with their Individual Support Plan. You will delegate tasks to Support Assistants/Night Workers and monitor completion to ensure high-quality care.
You will negotiate and review plans with each young person, oversee service delivery across Project Houses and Floating Support, and maintain positive partnerships with external agencies to secure the best outcomes.
