You will provide floating support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge required to sustain their tenancy.
Working closely with service users, you will empower them to overcome barriers, improve wellbeing, and access the support they need to achieve stable, long-term housing.
