Sense is seeking a female Community Companion to support people with complex disabilities across the Llanelli area. You will help clients stay connected, confident and independent in their local community by accompanying them to appointments, assisting with post and calls, and joining social groups or outings.
Fluent BSL or Level 2 and above is essential. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required as travel is part of the role.
