Lead Product Developer

The Lead Product Developer will own channels of the product roadmap, lead development efforts and collaborate on product vision. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role, working closely with the CEO, CTO, and broader Development team to drive innovation, scalability, and best in industry product development.

• Lead the development, and delivery of core product features
• Define and maintain high engineering standards and best practices
• Architect scalable and secure functionality
• Collaborate with our CTO to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Review code and ensure quality through automated testing and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tooling
• Work closely with Customer Success to resolve customer technical bugs and concerns
• Contribute to technical roadmap and long-term platform strategy
• Provide structured feedback to CTO on technical risks and opportunities

• 5+ years’ experience in software development, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Strong proficiency in modern web application development and cloud platforms
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data security
• Proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end
• Experience conducting and automating code reviews
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Highly organised with disciplined documentation practices
