Huws Gray Llangefni is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team. The role focuses on providing end-user support across Windows OS, Office 365, and a range of hardware and software.
You will log, prioritise, and resolve helpdesk calls, liaise with suppliers, and assist in site installations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role or an IT qualification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
