We are working with a global manufacturer who are looking to add to their finance team to support with the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, supporting effective cash flow management and strong supplier relationships.

Due to the nature of the business the volume of invoices is high, so the ideal candidate needs to be someone who can manage their time effectively & have experience working in a company with a high turnover.

Job Description

Process supplier invoices accurately using three-way matching
Ensure invoices are approved and paid on time
Resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and suppliers
Reconcile supplier accounts and maintain accurate records
Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements

Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications

Previous Accounts Payable experience (SAP preferred)
Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Organised, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
Clear and professional communicator
