Raven Oilfield Supply is looking for a full-time Office Administrator/Parts Salesperson to work out of the Gull Lake Office.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm, with some on-call weekends (approx. 1/month).

Office Administrator duties include:
  • Accounting tasks within Quickbooks Desktop
  • Entering bills, collecting customer payments, bank reconciliations
  • GST/PST returns
  • Payroll submission through ADP
  • Deposits
  • General office duties
Part Salesperson duties include:
  • Customer service
  • Invoicing
  • Receiving product shipments
  • Forklift operation
  • Product ordering

Preference will be given to applicants with Quickbooks experience and some oilfield product knowledge. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Wage will be determined based on applicant's qualifications and experience.
